Find candidates and send their applications to MSA. Our team contacts them, helps with paperwork and covers standard support costs. You earn commission under your partnership terms.
Earnings depend on results and your partnership format and are not guaranteed. The screen balance is illustrative.
Complete the form and confirm Telegram. MSA reviews your application; work access stays closed until approval.
Enter your name, country and experience. Say whether you have a team and budget, then choose a partnership format.
Enter your username. Open the bot using your personal link, press Start and «Yes, it’s me». Enter the code on the website: your form is sent to the administrator.
MSA checks your answers and discusses the terms with you. Choosing a format does not grant a role automatically: the administrator opens access.
Agree a rate with your manager. Choose how to find candidates and add your first contact with the person’s consent.
Start without experience or join with your own team. Choose a format based on the work you can take on.
For newcomers. Your manager explains the terms and helps you with your first application.
For recruiters with experience and their own team. Find candidates and assign tasks to your partners.
Up to $4 000 per candidate
For experienced partners with contacts and their own budget. Help with passports, documents and departure, and purchase tickets yourself.
Individual terms
For recruiting project owners with their own network and budget. Connect your partners to MSA on individual terms.
Find candidates in the highlighted countries. The MSA team handles applications and agrees available destinations and support terms.
Join MSAPersonal contacts, social media or your own ads — choose what works for you.
Your manager agrees the destination and brings in the team for documents and candidate support.
Track applications and earnings in your account. We agree the terms when you join.
Choose a method that suits you. Start with personal contacts without advertising, then try other channels if you want.
Tell people looking for work about the offer. Explain the terms and answer questions. If they are interested, ask permission to share their contact with your manager.
Ask friends to tell people they know about the offer. Let interested candidates contact you themselves; do not collect someone else’s phone number without permission.
Post on your own page: who the offer is for, the requirements and how to contact you. Answer questions in comments or direct messages.
Record a short video explaining the terms and next steps. Add a contact link in the description. Do not promise terms that have not been agreed.
Look for groups about work and relocation. Post only where the rules allow such offers. Respond to people who express interest instead of sending mass messages.
With a budget, you can test a paid ad linked to your page. Discuss the wording and costs with your manager first. Start small and check whether suitable applications come in.
Manage applications, attach documents and receive tasks in your account. Available tools depend on your role.

Add a candidate, upload documents and follow their application stage.
Work guides are in your account; your assigned manager's contact details are in your profile.
Plan your work, set reminders and submit completed tasks for review.
Create an application page and materials for posts or advertising.
Monthly earnings achieved by individual team partners
Work from home or on the go. Use your phone to add applications, upload documents and contact your manager.
Your grade depends on the number of your candidates. Ask your manager what is required for the next level.
Track the candidate’s application in your account. Your manager will let you know if more information or documents are needed.

Explain the terms to the candidate. With their consent, add their name and contact details to your account. Tell your manager what you already know about the application.
MSA contacts the candidate, checks documents and arranges standard support costs. Track the application status in your account.
Once the candidate reaches the agreed stage, commission appears in Finance. Ask your manager about any amount or status you need clarified.
Agree the rate, qualifying stage and costs with your manager before starting. Here is how the four formats differ.
Average commission per candidate, according to MSA
Per qualifying lead from your partner under the team programme terms
Agreed rate
Submit the application and stay in touch with your manager. MSA handles paperwork and standard support costs. Your partnership terms specify the rate and stage that qualifies for commission.
Agreed rate
Find candidates yourself and through your team. Personal commissions and team commissions are recorded separately. The $1 000 average per candidate is not a fixed rate for every application.
Up to $4 000 per candidate
Help with passports, documents and departure, and buy tickets from your own budget. Commission depends on the preparation you handle. Costs and possible reimbursement are agreed in advance, separately from commission.
Individual terms
Agree regions, rates and working arrangements for your network. MSA helps candidates with immigration and departure. We may cover costs; the specific expenses are agreed separately.
Help your partners find candidates. Team commission depends on a qualifying lead, not on inviting someone to the team. Ask your manager about the criteria, qualifying stage and whether it can be combined with a personal commission.
MSA confirms the candidate has reached the required stage and records commission in Finance. Check the amount and status there. Accrual and transfer are separate stages: only your available balance can be requested for payout.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Commission is earned at the agreed stage, not for adding a contact. MSA sets the rate and payout terms.
Request a payout in Finance. Funds are sent to your crypto wallet after the request is reviewed.
Enter the address in your profile. Agree the currency and network with your manager; incorrect details can lead to lost funds. A seed phrase and private key are not needed: never share them.
Choose from your available balance. Ask about transfer timing and fees before submitting. A wallet change starts a security waiting period shown in your account.
Track your request status in Finance. After the transfer, check your wallet. Contact your manager if the funds have not arrived.
